IAC Celebrates Its Annual Team Day and Announces Ambitious Growth Plans

Last Friday, November 22nd, IAC held our traditional team day, bringing together all its employees at the Calanda, Teruel plant. Focused on strengthening team cohesion, the day began with a tour of the facility, where the latest investments and ongoing projects were presented, highlighting improvements in safety and plant digitization.

After the group photo, employees headed to Finca el Tajar for a virtual reality activity and an appetizer, featuring the exquisite Teruel ham. In a relaxed atmosphere, attendees shared laughs and anecdotes.

During the meal, CEO Xavier Rodríguez expressed his gratitude to the entire team for their dedication and announced ambitious growth plans for the company, including a 5,000 m² expansion of the factories to consolidate the company’s significant growth in international markets. He also highlighted IAC’s significant charitable contribution to Banc dels Aliments and Cruz Roja, which has seen increased employee participation this year.

The day concluded with a prize draw, reaffirming the positive atmosphere and bright future of IAC.
